Shipping costs depend on the customer’s location:
For the EU
- FREE shipping for purchases over 250 €.
- For purchases under 250 €, shipping costs 10 €.
For deliveries outside the EU
- FREE shipping for purchases over 350 €.
- For purchases under 350 €, shipping costs 10 €.
Venus in Jewels will not be held liable for any delay or non-compliance with its obligations if the delay or failure occurs for a reason that is not reasonably controlled by us.
Each piece is made to order, please allow 1-5 days for the products to be made before shipment.
International Shipping: Taxes and duties are NOT included in the final total at checkout.

INCORRECT ADDRESS / UNDELIBLE / ADDRESS UNKNOWN / LOST PACKAGE
If you notice that your mailing address is incorrect after processing your order, please send us an email immediately (firstname.lastname@example.org) so that we can correct it before shipping the package.
Once the order is shipped, we will not be responsible for the package lost due to an address error. The unknown recipient or ineligible address will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
However, if the package is returned and received by us, we can resend it with an additional shipping + handling fee.
If your package is missing, we will contact the shipping carrier for additional delivery information and will try our best to locate your package. We are not responsible for packages after confirmation of proof of delivery.
If you do not like the product you ordered or you are not satisfied with its quality or you want to replace it with another product, you have the opportunity to change your mind and return it within 14 calendar days.
From the date of receipt of the products, according to GEO 34/2014 – Government Emergency Ordinance on consumer rights.
According to the same GEO 34/2014 mentioned in the previous paragraph, the transport costs of the returned product are borne by the consumer.
For the exchange, the cost of return transportation will be paid by the consumer.
We ask the customer to carefully pack the object he wants to return, so that it is well protected during transport.
Otherwise, venusinjewels.com will be relieved of any liability for any damages.
